About Traci

Originally from central Illinois, Traci received a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Eastern Illinois University. From there, she has worked for a variety of companies, including Walt Disney World, Villa's of Grand Cypress, Marriott and Continental Airlines and has lived in Houston, Cleveland and St. Louis.After joining the Citrus Club team as the Member Relations Director in 2005, she also became a Regional Field Specialist for Invited, which helps coach and train new MRD's in the company.Traci will consistently share that she loves seeing the connections that happen at our Club every day. As part of her role is planning events for Members to meet each other, she truly strives to make sure Members are getting the most out of their membership. She also has witnessed so many business partnerships and friendships and believes this has to do with the quality of people that are Members of the Citrus Club.

About Elba

Elba Ortega-Cruz migrated to the United States in 1988 from Nicaragua to pursue her passion for helping others. She graduated from Northern Virginia Community College and began her career. Today, Elba has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry working with several industry leaders such as the Ritz Carlton, Ruth's Chris Steak House and Bulla Gastrobar with a passion for service and keen eye for details, Elba has flourished throughout her career. Elba's exceptional management skills and her ability to build relationships with her clients makes her a highly sought after partner. She joined the Orlando community nearly 15 years ago and has developed deep relationships throughout the central Florida area, which makes her an asset for City Club Orlando. Personally, Elba enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, along with the rest of her extended family.

About Kady

Kady grew up in Virginia Beach, Virginia. After studying at George Mason University, she loved the fast-paced environment and decided to make NOVA her home. Since her graduation, Kady has worked in various roles in hospitality, including international events, catering sales, and trade shows. She joined Invited as part of the Chantilly National Team in 2018 and was previously the Private Events Director at River Creek Club. In her free time, Kady enjoys traveling, visiting her family in Outer Banks, and checking out the local wineries. She is excited to join the Belmont family as the Director of Private Events!

About Mary

Mary has worked at Citrus Club for 32 years and is currently in the role of Office Administrator. She has been married for 27 years and has two sons that attend the University of Central Florida. She loves to spend time with her family and is very active at her church where she sings in the choir.
