Leagues & Tournaments

The Club has competitive leagues for all types of players. Every day there are numerous men’s and ladies’ groups to join in with. For information on any of these groups or to find out how to join one or more of these fun associations, please stop in or call the Pro Shop.

Women's Golf Association

The purpose of the Women's Golf Association is to organize the women golfers of Oro Valley Country Club and to promote and preserve the best interest and true spirit of the game of golf. We have an 18-hole ladies' group and a 9-hole ladies' group. The 18-hole group makes Tuesday their play days. Most of the 8:30 AM shotguns are flighted and offer a great way to meet and play with other members of all skill levels.The Niners make Thursdays their day and typically play in the afternoons during season and mornings in the summer. The Niners no doubt have more fun on the golf course than anyone, so no matter what your experience level if nine holes are all you want to play, these ladies will make it well worthwhile.

Tournaments

The Club features an annual Member/Member, Member/Guest, and Club Championship for both Men and Ladies. There are also a variety of fun and informal tournaments such as Nine & Wines, Couples’ Events, Glow Ball Night Golf, the Summer Skins, and of course the Invited annual Charity Classic.
