Video Conferencing

Experience the highest quality and greatest value in videoconferencing.  For meetings that already regularly take place and require face-to-face communication, videoconferencing can be a substitute for the actual physical presence of remote participants. Reduce your travel costs as well as travel time and make meeting attendance more convenient. Ask our Private Events Directors for more information on how to book Private Rooms with these capabilities

Meeting Services

Our Club has properly equipped conference rooms, with State-of-the-Art audio visual capabilities, conducive to business meeting and presentation needs.  We support all types of business activities including conducting interviews, hosting executive board meetings, seminars and training sessions.  Full catering services are available for all events.

Concierge Services

We have an available list of local quality hotel contacts to assist with requests for reservations for your traveling convenience or out-of-town guests.  The Club has access to local high-end transportation for your convenience when traveling from the airport or local hotels.  If you wish to entertain on a golf course, the Club can make arrangements with local high-end golf courses.

Our Club has all the comforts of home and the amenities of your office.  With wi-fi available throughout the club, you can work in the lounge, in the dining room or anywhere you find to be most comfortable.

Meeting and Conference Rooms

We have meeting rooms to support all types of business occasions. An office away from the office, or a spot with a view while you enjoy our Chef crafted menus filled with locally sourced produce, proteins and more.

Consider using our private “Touchdown Rooms” for interviews, small meetings or as a sanctuary to focus. Inquire with our Receptionist to enjoy this member perk!

Board meetings and large team meetings are often held in our meeting rooms for you to host anything from conferences, seminars, training sessions to speaking events. All rooms have been newly renovated with state of the art audio visual technology including LCD projectors and flat screen TVs, screens, microphones, built in sound for presentations, videoconferencing and more.  Our rooms can be arranged in a myriad of ways! In addition to providing catering and snacks, our Private Events Directors would love to assist with logistical planning.
